The original Alice Cooper band is back with a new video for “Wild Ones”!
Shot during their recording sessions for "The Revenge of Alice Cooper", which drops on July 25 and features all surviving members of the band, including guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway and drummer Neal Smith.
“Reuniting five decades after their rise to fame, the band channels the chaos, danger, and cool of their early days, a time when rock was feared, eyeliner was scandalous, and every show felt like a revolution. ‘Wild Ones’ is the sound of the Alice Cooper Group with their engines roaring, still loud, still dangerous, and still not asking for permission.”
So for those of you "posers" that call yourselves Alice Cooper fans and didn't know, Alice Cooper was a band for which the lead singer Lenny eventually acquired the name of the band when the final members of the original band had all left and many who knew about the band called him Alice since he was the face of the group.
Now, they have reunited and have released a new song “Black Mamba,” which is the first track to appear on their upcoming album, "The Revenge of Alice Cooper," which arrives on July 25. The band. guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway, drummer Neal Smith and the late Glen Buxton will all be on the album, as the video for “Black Mamba” features a guest appearance by The Doors Robby Kreiger.
