Phish turned Las Vegas' famed Sphere into a psychedelic wonderland during their residency opener on Thursday (April 18). According to, the legendary jam band played an 18-song set that lasted a whopping four hours and 15 minutes. Their residency runs four consecutive nights (April 18-21) and each night will include its own unique setlist and corresponding visuals.

After Phish take over Sphere, Dead & Company are set to be the next band to play a residency in the one-of-a-kind venue. The band played their final tour last year, which wrapped up with two hometown shows in San Francisco, but they're coming out of retirement for the special event.

U2 played the inaugural residency at Sphere last year and ended up expanding dates due to "unprecedented demand."
