Paul Simon and Sting are teaming up for a tour.
The rockers tell "The New York Times" their collaborative trek stems from their pairing at a Robin Hood Foundation benefit back in May.
Simon says they performed "The Boxer" and "Fields of Gold" together, and afterward they "both looked at each other and said, 'Wow. That's pretty interesting.'" Sting adds that he and Paul "share this abiding curiosity about music and where it's going," but he admits that they "don't really have a clue" how their tour is "going to pan out."
"Paul Simon & Sting: On Stage Together" will feature each artist playing sets with their own bands as well as performing as a duo.
The trek is expected to begin in February. Dates will be announced on Tuesday.
